The Eagle's Nest is located in the best and most unique spot that Monticello has to offer. Sitting directly above Pine View GC's clubhouse, it is the only course-front condo in the area, yet is also positioned close to Indiana Beach amusement park. In fact, you can see the park's ferris wheel from the condo's two large decks (here's a picture). Our guests benefit from numerous special privileges, including discounts on onsite golf, offsite golf, and Indiana Beach passes, as well as use of Pine View Resort's pool, amongst others.
