Location

The Eagle's Nest is located in the best and most unique spot that Monticello has to offer. Sitting directly above Pine View GC's clubhouse, it is the only course-front condo in the area, yet is also positioned close to Indiana Beach amusement park. In fact, you can see the park's ferris wheel from the condo's two large decks (here's a picture). Our guests benefit from numerous special privileges, including discounted onsite golf, offsite golf, Indiana Beach passes, and use of Pine View Resort's pool, amongst others.
